You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I can communicate through Twitter, Furaffinity, Discord, or Email. Whichever you prefer.

Commissions are estimated to take anywhere around a week to a month. I work randomly throughout my queue to keep things fresh, but you can see the progress of your commission at any time on my Trello that I update quite frequently, or through WIPs I will send you. Don't be afraid to ask me about the status of your commission if it's been a while!

If your commission has a deadline, or you prefer it be kept private, please specify that upon your initial inquiry, as well as any other specifics I should know. An additional 25% payment increase will be required for privated commissions, due to lack of exposure. (EXAMPLE: $20 commission, 25% of 20 is 5, so the new price will be $25 if you would like it to be private.)

NSFW character references are fine.

I reserve the right to decline a commission at any time for any reason.

Commissions are to be PAID UP FRONT before work will begin!

Paypal and USD only. You will receive an invoice or paypal.me link and are expected to respond and pay within 24 hours of receiving either. I do not accept Cryptocurrencies.

I will not give refunds for finished work. If a refund is requested and I already began working, you will only receive half (50%) back.

In the event I cancel a commission, I will give you a full or partial refund based on the work I managed to complete.

You are allowed to use commissioned artwork for PERSONAL and NON-PROFIT use only.

You are free to upload the artwork you purchased anywhere you'd like. I ask you credit me when and where you can, but it isn't always necessary. Just do not claim it as your own work. If you are not the commissioner or owner of the character depicted, you may not reupload it.

I reserve the right to upload commissioned work whenever and wherever I wish, and use them as examples for future commissions. If you do not want me to post your commission publicly or on any one specific site, please specify that upon your initial inquiry. A payment increase of 25% is required for privated commissions.

You may make small changes to work you commissioned me for such as color changes, design edits, ect., so long as these changes do not change the CONTEXT of the artwork. Any large changes that result in a change of context in the artwork, I request you please ask permission first.

You may not claim the artwork as your own work.

Feel free to change species, gender, markings, colors ect. as you please!

You are free to edit the original artwork I made of the character design with any color changes, marking changes, or accessories/outfit changes to your heart's content!

Feel free to make for profit work (merchandise, v-tuber rigs, or even a fursuit to sell) of the design you bought, so long as it doesn't directly use any artwork I made. I only ask you credit me for the original artwork/design work when and where you can, and NOT partake in NFTs.

You may not claim the original artwork or design I made as entirely your own work. You may point out and take credit for the changes you made via dual credit, (edits by me, art/original design by bittenbats) but do not discredit me for the work I did.

Feel free to catalogue your designs by me on toyhou.se (@Bat). I greatly prefer you upload them there so I can keep track of them, if you need a code for the site feel free to ask me for one, as I have plenty to give out!

I prefer you resell designs by me for the same price you bought, but I won't fault you for adding on the price of additional artwork, especially if it is a lot and most was commissioned.

Traded designs should only be traded and not resold unless you spent/made a significant amount of additional pieces of artwork for the character, then it is okay to resell.
